CPN (Maoist Center) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has called upon one and all to move ahead to build a prosperous nation.
Issuing a message of best wishes on the occasion of the New Year 2082 BS today, he urged for resolutely taking steps forward for the country's prosperity and bright future.
"We are sovereign Nepalis with a glorious history; we have set many records of sacrifices, dedication and martyrdom for justice, freedom and equality. Our future can be bright only by moving forward, not looking back," Chairman Dahal has said in the message of best wishes.
He stressed the need to move ahead to establish new standards of good governance along with employment generation through the development of self-reliant economy in the year 2082.
Stating that the alternative to a democratic republic is a stronger democratic republic, Chairman Dahal said a new resolution should be taken by reaffirming the fact that the Nepali people want good governance, social justice, economic prosperity and progressive change in the New Year.
The Maoist Center Chair said that the year 2082 BS has brought new challenges and opportunities, calling upon all to pay attention towards fulfilling the expectations of the people through full implementation of the constitution.
