Gold price drops by Rs 7,500 per tola

The price of gold has decreased by Rs 7,500 per tola (11.66 grams) in the domestic market today.

The price of the yellow metal which had reached Rs 197,900 per tola on Tuesday, the highest price so far, has decreased to Rs 190,400 today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.

The price of silver has also decreased by Rs 5 to reach Rs 1,965 per tola today. The price of gold in the international market today is 3,345 US dollars per ounce.
