The House of Representatives (HoR) is holding discussions on the government's annual policy and program for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83 BS from today onward.
In this connection, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to present a proposal for discussion on the policies and programs presented by President Ramchandra Paudel during his address to the joint sitting of both houses of the federal parliament on Friday.
General Secretary of the Federal Parliament Padma Prasad Pandey said that the amendment received from the lawmakers on the government's policies and programs for the next fiscal year will be presented and discussed in the parliament.
According to the agenda, a meeting of the HoR will be held at 11 am today. However, discussions on the government's policies and programs have already begun in the National Assembly on Sunday.
The program will also be discussed in today's NA meeting. The meeting is scheduled to be held at 1:15 pm.
