A tipper has caught fire at Panchkhal in Kavre district in the wee hours of Thursday morning.
The tipper, Ba 2 Ka 6125, suddenly caught fire at Panchkhal Municipality-5, Tallo Jipline along the Arniko Highway at around 12: 30 AM.
The fire was brought under control at 1 AM, said the District Police Office, Kavre.
The driver of the tipper, Nawa Raj Siwakoti of Kalinchowk Rural Municipality-7, Dolakha, managed to save his life by escaping the scene.
However, no human casualties have been reported.
