A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) has been postponed without entering into agendas today.

No sooner had Speaker Devraj Ghimire begun the HoR meeting, than the lawmakers of opposition parties stood from their seats and began disrupting the meeting.

They reiterated that they would not allow the HoR meeting run until Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak tenders his resignation and a high-level probe committee is formed to look into the visit visa scam.

Even though Speaker Ghimire repeatedly asked the lawmakers to sit down and allow the House meeting run, they remained adamant to their demand and continued disrupting the House meeting.

After they did not budge from stance and continued disrupting the House, Speaker Ghimire adjourned the meeting for 1 PM Friday.
