Manish Jha has been appointed as the chief of the campaign and publicity department of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
A central committee meeting of the party held on Saturday took a decision to this effect. Jha is also the spokesperson of RSP.
Similarly, the Deputy General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya has been appointed as the chief of the training department
Likewise, Rabi Kiran Adhikari has been given the responsibility of the Research and Documentation Department.
