Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Devendra Dahal conducted an on-site inspection of the Nagdhunga Tunnel on Tuesday morning.
Minister Dahal inspected the tunnel route this morning along with officials from the Department of Roads. During the inspection, he instructed the concerned authorities to complete the remaining work promptly and bring the tunnel into operation, Minister Dahal's secretariat said.
Director General at the Department of Roads, Bijaya Jaishi, shared that the tunnel structure has been completed, and some work is ongoing in areas prone to landslides.
