Nepali Congress Leader Dr. Minendra Rijal has said that terrorist attacks on India are unacceptable to Nepal.
During a program held in Kathmandu on Sunday, Nepali Congress leader Dr. Rijal stated that Nepal must oppose terrorist attacks against any country, including India.
"Nepal cannot tolerate terrorist attacks on India or any other country under any circumstances," he said, "Nepal’s land cannot be used for terrorism. We will not allow our soil to be used for such activities or any other harmful purposes."
He also clarified Nepal’s stance on the One China policy. Rijal expressed disagreement with some Nepali governments that have promoted the "One China Principle" instead of the "One China Policy."
"The One China Policy... Now, some governments have abruptly shifted from 'policy' to 'principle,'" he remarked. "We must not allow our land to be used against the interests of any friendly nation."
