Raju Gorkhali, a man with a criminal background, has landed in a police net yet again.
A team of the District Police Range, Kathmandu arrested Gorkhali from the federal capital in connection with a banking offence case this morning, informed SP Apil Raj Bohora.
A case regarding check bounce worth Rs 1 million has been filed against Gorkhali. The police said they are making preparations to investigate the case after taking him on a remand from the court.
Gorkhali, earlier, had been released from prison after serving 10 years for the murder of Roshan Limbu.
He was convicted of murdering Roshan Limbu at Babylon Discotheque in Sundhara in 2058 BS. Limbu had succumbed to sword wounds after an attack by Gorkhali.
