The second Statute General Convention of CPN (UML) has started at Godawari Sunrise Convention Center in Lalitpur. The Convention will last for three days from today. Leaders and cadres are gathering at the Center.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the chairman of UML, is delivering an inaugural speech.
As many as 2,341 participants, including 2,026 representatives are attending the Convention.
