The injured in the Gen Z protest have warned Sudan Gurung, the chairman of 'Hami Nepal', not to project himself as the leader of Gen Z.

An injured group of Gen Z, who met with Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal this afternoon, warned Gurung not to claim himself as the leader of Gen Z.

The group, who were going to meet with Home Minister Aryal, staged a sit-in at the southern gate of Singha Durbar, after they were denied to enter the palace complex.

After they staged a sit-in shouting slogans, the police put them in a vehicle and took them to the Home Ministry, where they vented their ire over Gurung, CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Mahesh Basnet, while talking to journalists.

Smelling a rat on the activities of Gurung, they accused him of not recommending ministers according to the will of the youth. They also criticized him for participating in the high-tea hosted by the President at Sheetal Niwas on the occasion of the Constitution Day.

Following the massive protests carried out by Gen Z on September 8-9, Gurung has been participating in discussions and programs representing the Gen Z group.
