The military wing of Hamas has published the names of 20 living hostages being released today.
The list includes the 20 hostages whose names were previously provided to Israel as part of a negotiation.
According to The Times of Israel, the group does not include the names of the kidnapped soldier Tamir Nimrodi and Nepali citizen Bipin Joshi.
Will Bipin be released as Israel prepares to welcome last living hostages from Gaza today?
According to the ceasefire reached between Israel and Hamas negotiated by American President Donald Trump, all the hostages have to be released by 12 noon according to local time and by 2:45 pm (Nepal time).
Bipin had been abducted from Kibbutz during the Hamas' Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel, when some 1,200 people were killed and 251 kidnapped.
As many as 67,000 Palestinians including women and children have been killed and around 90% of the Gaza population of some 2 million displaced during the two-year ruinous war, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
