Everest Bank extends financial support to Dhading school

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has assisted a Dhading school to set up a power backup system to meet the educational facility's energy need. 

As part of its corporate social responsibility, EBL Deputy General Manager Keshab Raj Paudel handed over a cheque of Rs two hunderd twenty six thousand to Shree Machchhindra Secondary School, Dhunibesi-7, Khanikhola, Dhading, amidst a program.

Chairman of School Management Committee Shekhar Karki received the cheque meant for installing a power back up system for the school's computer laboratory.

EBL's chief of Marketing and Institutional Deposit unit Puspa Raj Uprety, its Dharke branch Manager Kumar Sherpa and school Vice Principal Gobardhan Godar, among various other people from various walks of life were present during the event.

The bank believes the assistance would help the school's computer lab fulfill its energy need, and contribute to holistic development of the school. 

Everest Bank as a part of its corporate social responsibility has been conducting various CSR programs for the benefit of people at large, especially for the deprived sections of the society.

It has run programs on education, health, natural calamities management, environment preservation, cultural promotion, basic infrastructure improvement in rural areas, income earning capability enhancement of socially backward community, financial literacy, among others.

Having more than 13 lakhs satisfied customers, EBL is rendering professionalized and efficient banking services through its wide domestic network of 123 branches, 3 extension counters, 7 provincial offices, 32 revenue collection counters, 159 ATMs and also through its widest global network.
