Madhesh CM Sonal, other two ministers sworn in

The newly elected two ministers of Mahesh Province government have taken the oath of office and secrecy.

At a program organized at the Office of the Province Chief in Janakpurdham on Thursday morning, Mahesh Prasad Yadav, the parliamentary party leader of Janamat Party, Chief Whip of CPN (Unified Socialist), Kanish Patel were sworn in as ministers without portfolio.

Prior to this, Lokantrik Samajbadi Party leader Jitendra Sonal took the oath of office and secrecy as the Chief Minister of Madhesh Province government.

Province Chief Subedi administered the oath of office to Sonal amidst a ceremony today.

He was elected as the Chief Minister with the backing of five political parties on Wednesday.
