Price of gold, silver drops

The price of gold and silver has decreased in the domestic market Tuesday, the third trading day of the week. Gold is being traded at Rs 238,300 per tola (11.66 grams) today after decreasing by Rs 1,400.

According to the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of silver has been fixed at Rs 3,015 per tola today against Rs 3,060 on Monday.

The gold is being traded at US$ 3,980 per ounce in the international market today.
