Gold price down by Rs 6,900 per tola

The price of gold and silver has decreased in the domestic market on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 242,800 per tola (11.66 grams) today against Rs 249,700 on Friday. It has decreased by Rs 6,900 per tola today.

Similarly, silver is being traded at Rs 3,135 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 3,285 per tola on Friday.

The price of gold is fixed at 4,085 US dollars per ounce today in the international market.
