Nagdhunga-Naubise-Malekhu road section to remain closed for a week

The Nagdhunga-Naubise-Malekhu Road section to remain closed for seven days from coming Wednesday.

According to the Department of Roads, the road section will remain closed partially in order to take forward the road widening project along the road section.

The road will remain closed for five hours a day until December 16, according to the notice issued by the District Administration Offices of Kathmandu and Dhading.

According to the notice, the road section will be closed from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm for the road upgradation. During the period, the Nagdhunga-Piplamod-Pokharebhir road section will be blacktopped.

People are advised to to take alternative routes - Sitapaila-Bhimdhunga-Dharke, Samakhushi-Tokha-Chhahare - during the period.
