The price of gold has increased by Rs 2,200 per tola on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.
With the price hike, the price of yellow precious metal has reached Rs 258,800 per tola. This is the highest price ever in the Nepali Gold market.
The gold was traded at Rs 256,600 per tola on Friday.
On the other hand, the price of silver went down by Rs 80 per tola today.
With the fall in price, the silver is being sold for Rs 3,825 per tola today.
The silver price was Rs 3,905 on Friday.
