Miraaya Wellness and Golf Resort has launched a new suite of international-standard wellness programs, bringing globally recognized Ayurvedic and holistic healing practices to Nepal, the resort announced on Sunday.
The newly introduced programs integrate authentic Ayurveda by Prana Veda with award-winning healing philosophies inspired by The Farm at San Benito, an internationally acclaimed wellness resort. The initiative aims to position Nepal as a leading destination for restorative and regenerative wellness tourism.
At the core of the offerings is Prana Veda, led by Ayurvedic physician Dr Cristeena Francis of Kerala, India, who has more than a decade of clinical and wellness experience. The program provides personalized Ayurvedic consultations, therapeutic treatments, yoga, and other traditional practices tailored to individual health needs.

Guests can choose from specialised Ayurvedic journeys, including detoxification (Shodana), stress and sleep management (Shanti), silence retreats (Mauna Visrama), rejuvenation therapy (Rasayana), weight management (Purna Kaya), and women’s health and fertility enhancement (Malati).
Miraaya has also introduced healing programs inspired by The Farm at San Benito, incorporating plant-based and raw vegan cuisine, spa therapies, personalized health assessments, and nature-based healing experiences. The resort is located at the foothills of the Devchuli hills near Chitwan National Park, offering a tranquil natural environment for wellness-focused stays.
Each program includes pre-arrival wellness questionnaires, online consultations with Dr Francis, ongoing health assessments, full-board wellness meals, and daily activities such as yoga, pranayama, and guided jungle walks.
“We are excited to introduce these programs, which mark a new phase for holistic wellness in Nepal,” said Rahul Chaudhary, Managing Director and CEO of CG Hospitality. “By combining time-honored Ayurvedic wisdom with globally recognized healing philosophies, we aim to elevate Nepal’s standing on the international wellness map.”

Guests can stay for a minimum of three nights, with programs extending up to 24 nights or longer, depending on individual health goals. Package prices range from $1,000 to $7,000.
Miraaya Wellness and Golf Resort is located near Chitwan National Park and offers a combination of wellness, spirituality, and golf. With the launch of the new programs, the resort says it aims to set new international benchmarks in luxury wellness in Nepal.
