President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued the House of Representatives (HoR) Member Election (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2025.
According to Pradeep Kumar Koirala, the spokesperson for the Office of the President, President Paudel issued the ordinance on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution.
