Nepali Congress (NC) has instructed its subordinate committees to implement the decision of the Central Work Execution Committee (CWEC) to lift actions taken against leaders and cadres.
Krishna Prasad Paudel, chief secretary of the NC central party office in Sanepa, said that the circulars have been dispatched to all the province to ward working committees directing the latters to implement the decisions of the CWEC.
"The subordinate committees have been instructed to implement the decisions of the CWEC meeting held on Monday, December 17, 2025, to lift actions clamped on the various leaders and cadres," reads the circular dispatched by the Paudel.
Paudel has sent circulars to all Province Working Committees, District Working Committees, House of Representatives Regional Working Committees, Province Assembly Regional Working Committees, Municipality/ Rural Working Committees and Ward Working Committees to this effect.
A meeting of the CWEC held on Saturday waved all the standing penalties against its members, allowing leaders and cadres to reactivate and renew their memberships.
