The Central Work Execution Committee (CWEC) of Nepali Congress (NC) is going to convene yet again on Tuesday, notified the NC's central office.
Discussions on the upcoming March 5 elections to the House of Representatives were held in today's CWEC's meeting, said Krishna Prasad Paudel, Chief Secretary of the NC central office. The meeting was presided over by Acting Party President Purna Bahadur Khadka.
Since the central committee members and office-bearers have yet to complete airing their views, the meeting will resume tomorrow at 11:00 am, informed Chief Secretary Paudel.
In today's meeting, Joint General Secretaries Farmullah Mansoor, Mahendra Yadav, Badri Pandey, Jivan Pariyar presented their views regarding the impending election.
Also, CWC members Gopalman Shrestha, Bimalendra Nidhi, Bijay Kumar Gachhadar, Krisha Prasad Sitaula, Arjun Narsingh KC, Spokesperson Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, Bal Bahadur KC, Dr Narayan Khadka, Jeep Chiring Lama, Sujata Koirala and NP Saud offered their insights.
Additionally, invitee central committee members Dr Minendra Rijal and Min Bishwakarma, Province Presidents Amarsingh Pun (Lumbini Province) and Bir Bahadur Balayar (Sudurpaschim Province) voiced their viewpoints in the meeting.
