Newly elected President Gagan Thapa has been welcomed by Nepali Congress leaders and cadres at the central party office in Sanepa.
Thapa has reached the central office, Sanepa, two weeks after being elected as the president throuogh the Special General Convention. Congress leaders and cadres had reached Sanepa since morning to welcome him.
The meeting of the Congress Central Working Committee (CWC) has begun. The agenda of the meeting is to announce President Thapa as the candidate for the future Prime Minister.
