Nepal has been invited to bat first against West Indies after losing the toss in its third match under the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.

Nepal has notched up 46 runs losing 5 wickets in 10.4 overs at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

The Nepali cricket team, which lost consecutively in the previous two matches, will be looking to register its first win by defeating the strong West Indies today.

Despite losing to England by 4 runs in the first match, Nepal's performance was praiseworthy. However, Nepal's 10-wicket defeat to Italy in the second match was very embarrassing.

If Nepal loses today's match too, its chance of reaching the Super 8 will be over.

On the other hand, if West Indies wins against Nepal today, they will reach the Super 8 ahead of one match.

West Indies defeated England by 35 runs in the first match and secured another win against England by 30 runs in the second match.

Among the teams in the group stage, Nepal is the only one to have lost two matches in a row.

After winning its first two matches, West Indies is at the top of the table with 4 points followed by

England, which won 2 matches and lost 1 match, is also at the second place in the table with 4 points.

Scotland, which won one match and lost two matches, is at the third place with 2 points, while Italy, which won one match and lost one match, is at the fourth place in the table with 2 points.
