RSP postpones election rallies in Pokhara and Bhairahawa

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has postponed its election rallies scheduled for Bhairahawa and Pokhara.

RSP had planned to hold election rallies in Bhairahawa on February 21 and Pokhara on February 22. Both rallies were scheduled to be addressed by RSP President Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balendra Shah (Balen).

The rallies in both places have been postponed, said Ratibha Rawal, the joint spokesperson of RSP. Rawal said that the rallies were postponed due to special reasons.

“It is hereby informed that the public address programs of party President Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balendra Shah organized by RSP on February 21 in Bhairahawa and February 22 in Pokhara have been postponed for the time being due to special reasons," reads the press note issued by Joint Spokesperson Rawal.
