Balendra Shah 'Balen', a senior leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), who is contesting the House of Representatives elections from Jhapa Constituency-5, has made public his election manifesto on Monday.
Balen has included nine main commitments in the manifesto.
My commitment
-I will lead the implementation of Rastriya Swatantra Party Resolution, 2082 to establish a stable situation'.
-I will ensure the necessary laws, budget and effective implementation to practically provide basic needs such as food, housing, health, education, drinking water, employment, social security and a clean environment to all citizens as guaranteed by the Constitution of Nepal.
-I will not make any compromise against the national interest.
-I will play an effective role in making public services efficient.
-I will pay special attention to nature conservation along with development.
-I will establish a well-organized parliament secretariat in Jhapa-5 and address local concerns.
-I will make politics a service, not a profession.
-I will translate the trust of citizens expressed in votes into action.
-My politics will be based on service, honesty, and results.
