Seven SSP MPS to take oath in four languages

Seven members of parliament (MPs) of Shram Sanskriti Party (SSP) are preparing to take the oath in four different languages. According to information given to the Parliament Secretariat, the MPs of SSP will take the oath in their mother tongue along with Nepali.

Party Chairman and MP elected from Sunsari-1 Harak Sampang, party General Secretary Aren Rai, elected from Khotang, proportional MPs Ambika Devi Sangraula and Radhika Ramtel will take the oath in Nepali.

Party General Secretary Rai said that the remaining three MPs will take the oath in separate languages.

According to him, Dhruvraj Rai, elected from Bhojpur, will take the oath in Bantawa language, Purna Prasad Limbu in Limbu language, and Rubi Kumari Thakur will take the oath in Maithili language.

The oath-taking of the members of the House of Representatives will be held on March 26 at 2 pm. The Parliament Secretariat has already made preparations for it. Prior to that, President Ramchandra Paudel will administer the oath to NC leader Arjun Narasingh KC, the senior member of Parliament.

The next day, KC will administer the oath to all remaining MPs.
