Minister for Minister Sasmit Pokharel has been entrusted with the responsibility of the government spokesperson.
A cabinet meeting held in Singha Durbar today appointed Minister Pokharel as the government spokesperson, a source from the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers said.
Previously, this responsibility was assigned to the Minister for Communications.
It appears that Prime Minister Balendra Shah has assigned this new responsibility to his trusted confidant to Education Minister Pokharel.
