Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to review the House of Representatives elections held on March 5 in all seven provinces. As per the decision of the Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting held on March 24-25, NC is going to review elections in all all the provinces.
General Secretary Pradeep Paudel said that NC is going to hold election review discussions with candidates from all 165 constituencies. According to him, the central representative will be present in the discussion, and a sectorial study and review will be conducted in all 165 constituencies.
He said that a coordinator has been appointed in all seven provinces for this. NC has stated that the program will be managed by the concerned district working committee in the presence of the members of the central working committee (CWC) under the concerned province, office bearers of the provincial working committee, district presidents, regional presidents of the House of Representatives, provincial assembly members, regional presidents of the House of Representatives, and candidates from the direct and proportional sides of the House of Representatives, in coordination with the coordinator. NC has appointed six joint general secretaries and party spokespersons as coordinators.
Joint General Secretary Dila Sangroula Pant has been given the responsibility of coordinating the program on April in Biratnagar of Koshi Province. Joint General Secretary Farmullah Mansur will coordinate the program to be held in Janakpur of Madhesh Province on April 8.
Similarly, Joint General Secretary Bahadur Singh Lama will coordinate the election review on April 20 in Hetauda of Bagmati Province, while Spokesperson Devraj Chalise will coordinate the program to be held in Pokhara of Gandaki Province on April 10.
Similarly, Yogendra Chaudhary has been given the responsibility of coordinating the election review program to be held in Dang of Lumbini Province on April 12, while Karna Bahadur Budha will coordinate the program to be held in Surkhet of Karnali Province on April 16. Joint General Secretary Prakash Rasaili Snehi has been given the responsibility of coordinating the election review to be held in Kailali of Sudurpaschim Province on April 18.
