The unity between the group led by former minister Sudan Kiranti and Shram Sanskriti Party led by Hark Sampang is being announced today. Preparations are underway to announce the unity between the two parties at a program to be held at Hardik Hotel in Bagbazaar at 3 pm on Friday.

Kiranti, who is also a former Maoist leader, was in constant dialogue with Shram Sanskriti Party Chairman Hark Sampang for unity. It is learnt that the two leaders have agreed to make Kiranti a senior leader of Shram Sanskriti Party and eventually the Chief Minister of Koshi. In this context, Nepalkhabar had a brief conversation with Sudan Kiranti. Excerpts:

Are you going to become a senior leader of Shram Sanskriti Party?
The party unity is happening today. We will announce all these issues at the unity program. Wait until the announcement program to know everything. The document says unity between the Sudan Kiranti group and Shram Sanskriti Party.

How have the posts been distributed during the unity?
We have an agreement that no one will make this issue public before the party unity announcement program. Let's not say it now.

Will Kulman Ghising also join your unity process?
We will continue to discuss and collaborate. We have discussed with him that an atmosphere of unity will be created following massive discussions.

You are a leader of former Maoist background, will other former Maoist leaders also join this unity process?
I am preparing to start a new campaign. My campaign team is large. Some of my friends are from the Maoist background.

Has an agreement been reached for you to assume the role of the senior leader of Shram Sanskriti Party alongside the Chief Minister of Koshi at a later date?
The party will decide on the Chief Minister later. We will deliberate on those whom the party considers essential for these roles. We have reached an agreement on the theoretical, practical, and leadership issues.
