Govt to provide 'investment visa' to foreigners

The government has said it is making preparations to provide investment visas to foreign investors.

Presenting the policies and programs for the Fiscal Year 2083/084 at the joint session at the Federal Parliament on Monday, President Ramchandra Paudel said the government has adopted policies to grant investment visas to foreigners.

"The government will grant investment visas to the foreigners," said President Paudel, "It will encourage and promote foreign investment."

The government's investment visa policy is expected to help attract foreign investment, according to the policies and programs presented in the federal parliament.

The government unveils its policies and programs every year prior to the fiscal budget. The budget for the upcoming fiscal year is set o be unveiled on Jestha 15 (May 29).
