Japanese Ambassador pays courtesy call on Speaker

Japanese Ambassador to Nepal, Maeda Toru, has paid a courtesy call on Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal today. During the meeting held at the Speaker's Office in Singha Durbar, discussion featured the topics like long-term friendly relations between Nepal and Japan, mutual cooperation and bilateral interest.         

In the meeting, Speaker Aryal reminded that he would play a role to make Nepal-Japan ties stronger, deeper and result-oriented during his term. He appreciated Japan's support to Nepal in sectors of infrastructure, education and technology and hoped such cooperation would continue further in the coming days. Information on the meeting was shared by the Speaker Aryal's personal secretariat.

Ambassador Toru reciprocated that Japan values greatly its relations with Nepal and pledged strengthening of mutual cooperation between the two countries in the days ahead.
