"There has been light rain in most places in the Kathmandu Valley," he told Nepalkhabar, "There is a possibility of more rain as the clouds are still gathering."
According to Meteorologist Dahal, there is a possibility of light rain in the Kathmandu Valley after some time.
"There is no possibility of such heavy rain immediately," he said, "but there is a possibility of moderate rain in the afternoon or evening."
According to Meteorologist Dahal, the weather in the Kathmandu Valley is likely to remain cloudy throughout the day today.
"Although it may clear up for a while, there is a possibility of cloudiness again today," he said.
Regarding the weather and rain across the country, the Meteorological Division will issue an updated detailed bulletin at 8 am today.
