Police have arrested seven protestors including the president of All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU), Deepak Dhami, from the Southern Gate, Singha Durbar.
They were arrested while they were staging a protest with posters and pamphlets at the Southern Gate.
They were the cadres and leaders of ANNFSU, the student wing of CPN (UML), said Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, the spokesperson of the District Police Range, Kathmandu.
The arrested have been kept at the Police Circle, Singha Durbar.
