I will visit India soon, says PM Dahal

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that he will soon embark on an official visit to India.

Answering the questions raised by editors regarding his India visit at an interaction organized at the prime minister's residence in Baluwatar on Saturday, Dahal said so.

Prime Minister Dahal said, "The embassy is coordinating to this effect. I will visit India soon."

He had said his first foreign visit would be India immediately after his appointment as the prime minister.

In the interaction with the editors, Prachanda said he will go on an official visit to India as soon as the government gets a full shape and the speaker for the House of Representativse is elected.

This is the first time Prime Minister Prachanda held an interaction with editors after he took charge as the prime minister.

He further said the government will get a full shape hopefully by tomorrow and added that he will render efforts to seek NC's support in the elections of the President and the Speaker.
