After the weather improved across the country, domestic air transport service has resumed from Tribhuvan International Airport as well as eight other airports in the country.

According to General Manager of Tribhuvan International Airport, Jagannath Niraula, flights using the Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) system have been permitted until 10:00 pm tonight.

It may be noted that more than 400 flights were canceled on Friday and Saturday due to bad weather.

The Tribhuvan International Airport sees around 150 to 160 daily flights. Regular flights have resumed from all airports except Surkhet airport, Niraula said.
