The final hearing in the case of Actor Paul Shah, who is in prison on charges of child sexual abuse, is being held today.
According to Paul's advocate Kamala Mohan Wagle, the trial is to be held today in Tanahun District Court.
The appearance was scheduled several times before, however, it was postponed.
Nonetheless, Wagle said that there is a possibility that there will be a hearing on behalf of Shah today.
Paul is accused of raping a minor. He is now in Tanahu prison.
A case of this allegation was also registered in Nawalpur District Court. Nawalpur district court on September 6acquitted him on the charge of rape, but sentenced him to two and a half years in prison for the crime of child sex abuser.
It will be decided how long Paul will be in jail after the court's verdict.
On February 23, complaint against Shah was registered at the district police office. On February 27th, Paul himself reached the police station and has been in custody since then.
Although initially accused of rape, the case became weak after the minor victim and her father changed their statements in the court and said that it was not rape.
