Maoist Center leader Gajurel appointed PM’s Political Advisor

CPN (Maoist Center) Deputy General Secretary Haribol Gajurel has been appointed as the Political Advisor of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda'.

A cabinet meeting held this morning at Baluwatar decided to appoint Gajurel to the post of the Political Advisor of the prime minister.

Gajurel, who wanted to contest the elections of the House of Representatives from Sindhuli-2, was denied the ticket at the eleventh hour. The ticket was given to Lekh Nath Dahal by the party.

Gajurel is the senior leader of the Maoist Center.
