Indian ambassador calls on Speaker Ghimire

India's ambassador to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava, paid a courtesy call on Speaker Devraj Ghimire at the latter's office in Singha Durbar today.

During the meeting, they discussed on Nepal-India ties and matters of mutual interest, the Federal Parliament Secretariat said.

Extending congratulations to the Speaker on the occasion, the Indian ambassador expressed the belief that the relations between the two countries would reach a new high during hi term in office.
