CPN (Maoist Center) is holding its office-bearers’ meeting at its central party headquarters at Paris Danda in Koteshwor.
According to party sources, the meeting will hold discussions on various agendas including work divisions among leaders,organizational expansion and party unity.
Earlier, the office-bears’ meeting held yesterday was postponed for today.
The meeting is also likely to dwell on the issue surrounding the Home Ministry. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is looking after the portfolio after Rabi Lamichhane stepped down from the post following the verdict of the Supreme Court.
Supreme Court last Friday issued the verdict declaring Lamichhane as a non-citizen on the ground of not having a valid citizenship.
Lamichhane lost all his posts including DPM, HM, RSP Chairman and the parliamentary party (PP) leader after being rendered stateless.
The Maoist Center had also discussed the home ministry in the meeting yesterday.
