Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has proposed to Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), to take over the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport.
Prachanda proposed this during a meeting with Lamichhane who reached Baluwatar on Saturday evening.
