Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal held a meeting with chief whips of the political parties as part of preparations to present the bills in the House of Representatives (HoR).
In the meeting called by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' this morning participants agreed to present the various bills of public concerns in the HoR on the priority basis.
The bills related to the issues of development, good governance, transitional justice, education, health, citizenship, among others, were discussed in the meeting with the chief whips of the political parties.
These bills, which are directly related to public concerns and are necessary for good governance and development, will be presented in the House meeting for further discussions.
The meeting was called to take the party's official opinion on how to make the parliament effective including the roles of parliamentarians and the business to be given by the government.
