The nominations for the NSJF-Pulsar Sports Award 2078 People's Choice Award have been announced.
On Monday, the Nepal Sports Journalist Forum NSJF held a press conference in the capital to announce the nomination of five players for the People's Choice Award.
Among those nominated are cricketer Asif Sheikh, lawn tennis player Abhilasha Bishta, footballer Anjan Bista, swimmer Duwana Lama, and volleyball player Usha Bhandari.
The People's Choice winner will be determined by a vote of sports journalists, national coaches, and supporters.
E-service vote: 50%, social network Facebook vote: 25% (to be voted from the NSJF Pulsar Sports Award's official Facebook page), national coach vote: 12.5%, and sports journalist vote: 12.5%.
A sponsorship agreement for electronic voting payment has been signed with E-Sewa. The 19th edition of the NSJF-Pulsar Sports Awards will be held on March 7.
