Supreme Court (SC) is hearing on the writ petition filed seeking cancellation of facilities enjoyed by the Nepali Congress as the main opposition party.
Advocate Bimal Prasad Pokharel had filed a petition demanding that main opposition leader Sher Bahadur Deuba be stripped of facilities he is enjoying as the main opposition leader.
Justice Sapana Malla Pradhan had ordered to register the petition.
