President Bidya Bhandari is addressing a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament on Friday.
The joint meeting will begin at the federal parliament building in New Baneshwor at 3 pm, said the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
According to the schedule, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' will separately table the address in the House of Representatives and the National Assembly.
Both the Houses will then pass the motion of thanks, informed Dhasharath Dhamala, the deputy spokesperson of the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
Bhandari is going to address the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament in line with Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.
