Nepal set a 230-run for the home team UAE in an ODI tri-series of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 on Monday.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss in the match underway at the Dubai International Stadium, Nepal notched up 229 runs losing eight wickets in the allotted 50 overs.
Bhim Sharki topped the score with 70 runs including seven fours off 99 balls followed by Aarif Sheikh with 43 runs while Kushal Malla made 32 runs.
In reply, Junaid Siddique claimed the highest three wickets while Rohan Mustafa and Aryan Lakra grabbed two wickets each for UAE.
