“I had filed my nomination for the vice presidential post on March 11,” said she, “The ruling coalition has decided to field Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, JSP Parliamentary Party leader, for the post. He is a senior leader who sacrificed and fought for the establishment of democracy. Hence, I have withdrawn my candidacy to support him.”
