Mumbai Police has increased the security of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

After receiving threatening mails from Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar, the Mumbai Police set up a temporary police station outside Salman's Bandra home Galaxy Apartments.

Two Assistant Inspectors of Police (API) and 8-10 constables will be on duty 24 hours a day.

A crowd of fans has not gathered near Salman's house.

Salman already has Y category security.

He leaves home only in a bullet-proof vehicle, which also houses his personal guards.

According to sources, Salman's family members are very worried about the matter.

In this case, the police have registered an FIR against Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldie Brar and Rohit Brar based on the complaint of Prashant Gunjalkar.

Also, the police have prohibited Salman from participating in any outdoor shooting or any promotional event.

However, Salman Khan is not in Mumbai now. He is busy promoting his upcoming film 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisiki Jaan'.

Recently jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi threatened to kill Salman Khan in an interview given to ABP News. He has claimed that this incident will happen soon.

Salman Khan's manager Jordi Patel then received a threatening email on March 19.
