The film 'Jari' which was released on April 14 is doing a good collection at the box office.

There is still a large number of the audience watching the film in the hall.

'Prasad 2', which was released last week, is also attracting a large number of audience, but Jari, a film which is based on Limbu culture, continues to be the first choice of the audience.

Currently, Nepali films Prasad 2, Nai Nabhannu La 6 and Kaidi Ko Patra are being screened in theaters. Even till the third week of the performance, the discussion of 'Jari', which succeeded in attracting the audience, has gone unabated.

Until recently, Nepali films were influenced by Bollywood movies, but now Bollywood film 'Kisika Bhai Kisika Jaan' starring Salman Khan has also been heavily overshadowed by Jari.

The film was screened for 3,625 times, selling 416,472 tickets while 901,183 tickets were available for these shows.

The film is said to have collected over Rs 130 million so far.

As things stand, the film distributor believes that Jari will make still more collection this week.

Produced by Rambabu Gurung, 'Jari' is directed by Upendra Subba.

The story and screenplay of the film are also written by Drector Subba himself.

Dayahang Rai, Miruna Magar, Bijay Baral, Prem Subba, Roy Deep, Pushkar Gurung among others have acted in the film.
