Newcomers Church Boys have become A Division League champions in their first participation on Tuesday.

Church Boys, who also won the C Division and B Division League, secured the league title in the first season.

Newcomers Church Boys United Club have won the Martyr’s Memorial A Division League title with a game to spare.

In the match of the 25th round today, the Church Boys managed to become the league champions in the first season of their participation by playing a goalless draw against the Three Star Club.

The church boys' players and officials were happy with the distribution of points in the match held at the Dasharath Stadium.

Previously, Manang Marsyangdi Club had won the league title in the first participation in the year 2043 BS.

This is the first time in 37 years of domestic football tournament that a club has won the league in its first participation.
